Diet Update.

Yesterday was day 1 of my 'Big Summer Diet'. I fully intended for it to go well, and it did; I even went on a run; well jog.
     But today my legs are aching and my relatives who are staying with us made a BBQ and so it would have been rude not to have eaten! So now I feel like yesterday's efforts were a waste of time! I have an unhealthy relationship with food (I read far too many magazines/channel 4 documentaries...), and if I want to lose weight then I need to start saying NO!
     So tomorrow morning (even if my legs are still aching) I'm going to get up and go on another run, and I am going to steer clear from any unhealthy foods!
